TARGET PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS
 
French Native
Business/Administration degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and other technical software is required.
Demonstrable experience working in administrative departments in international environments.
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Spanish as well as strong organizational skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Possess a proactive approach to problem solving and high organizational skills, loyal and reliable.
Dedication to teamwork and ability to adapt to different environments and cultures.
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
 
 
FUNCTIONS
You will support the sales force in customer management.
Especially, in those negotiations with public administrations (tenders and public bids). 
Gather all the necessary documentation for the opening of a new client.
Manage and look for solutions to possible commercial problems.
Claim outstanding receivables.
Support the marketing manager in the preparation of trade fairs, seminars, training events, etc.

You will collaborate in the management of the company's agenda: meetings, appointments and business trips, flight bookings, hotels, etc.
