Your responsibilities and impact as Billing & Compliance Specialist will be:
Creating, reviewing and administrating invoices of clients
Working together with the front office team in order to lead consultants through the entire invoice cycle
Keeping an eye on the current accounts and adjusting these when necessary
Process billing corrections properly with the cash processing team
Defining the revenue every month while implying the company’s policy
Playing a big part in implementing new processes

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
An administrative degree or equivalent is required
You are fluent in English and mastered the French language as well
High understanding of 02C related processes is appreciated
Previous experience with Microsoft office platforms, Excel experiences are important
Organisation skills including having a methodical approach
Enjoying working in a team while having a maintained individual work environment
