One of our most prestigious clients is looking for an expert in Customer Service who will be in charge of leading the customer through a new and innovative proposition based on an “online go into store” experience. The candidates’ key responsibilities would be to engage and interact with customers, share his/her expert product knowledge while attracting them to interact with the brand and all its product range.
Responsibilities:
You will be in direct charge of providing support to customer enquiries via the online traffic in an accurate and efficient way, assisting them through their whole customer experience and ultimately concluding in a sale. You might also be required to provide support in assisting inbound telephone sales enquiries.
In between your every-day tasks you will:
-Show and expert understanding of products
-Demonstrate products and features
-Be able to work with other experts and Sales Teams
-Increase conversation rate to transform queries into sales
-Be able to report all relevant data from the process
-Decrease query handling time
Requirements
Previous customer service experience
Native level speaker of French with fluent level of English. Native level of the last language will be appreciated.
Strong communication skills
Confortable working in a training and sales environment
Goal orientated to achieve results
Excellent team player
Offer:
Long-term contract
Full time - 39 hours/week
Monday to Friday (09:00 to 20:00) or 15:00 to 24.00
Salary: From 20.000 to 23.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 /4.000 euros gross/year depending of proficiency in English.
