· Ensure regulatory compliance in matters of Safety, Health, and Environment, and verify that the requirements established in the Management Systems are met and kept up to date.
· Coordinate with the Prevention Service on preventive action plans and programmes, risk assessments, and health surveillance.
· Manage the coordination of business activities (CAE).
· Prepare documentation related to the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems (organisational structure, responsibilities, procedures, instructions, etc.).
· Cooperate with the line management of the different sections in the implementation of the procedures and instructions of the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, as well as in the response to emergency situations. Designate personnel responsible for carrying out the necessary measures in first aid, fire-fighting, and worker evacuation, and establish the corresponding plans, ensuring their effectiveness through regular drills reviewed at intervals agreed with the General Management.
· Provide the Prevention Service and other relevant bodies with all information concerning the organisation, characteristics, and complexity of the work, production processes, lists of raw materials and work equipment used in the company, as well as any information held by the company regarding workers’ health status.
· Acknowledge receipt of reports and recommendations issued by the Prevention Service.
· Consult with and inform workers on relevant matters.
· Request from suppliers of machinery, equipment, products, and work tools the required documentation related to occupational risk prevention and environmental protection, and ensure its distribution and proper filing.
· Collaborate with the Technical Director and the Maintenance Manager to ensure that machinery, equipment, and products entering the company meet the safety and health requirements established by current legislation, and verify that services provided by contracted or subcontracted entities or personnel are carried out under the legally and internally established safety measures.
· Ensure that the personnel selection process takes into account the necessary criteria to guarantee that candidates’ professional profiles and competencies meet the requirements and demands of the job.
· Draft and maintain the company’s Mobility Plans.
· Coordinate the company’s ethical and social activities (employee satisfaction, events committee, etc.).
