RESPONSIBILITIES
· Task analysis and achievement of objectives.
· Evaluation and improvement of the efficiency of existing processes.
· Delivery of training sessions.
· Analysis of workflows within and across all departments to determine how the company as a whole can work more effectively together.
· Execution and review of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and identification of areas for improvement.
· Creation of analytical processes to support and justify business decisions.
· Management and monitoring of implemented measures.
· Support to all company departments.
· Definition and participation in improvement projects.
· Participation in research and development activities.
REQUIREMENTS
· A bachelor's degree in engineering is required (a master's degree in engineering or a related field is considered an advantage).
· Mathematical and statistical analysis skills.
· English level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages): B1.
· Ability to work as part of a team.

· No previous experience required (experience as a Process Engineer will be positively valued).
