One of our most prestigious clients is looking for a professional software specialist to provide remote support to solve common and complex business issues related to hardware or software indigo press technology using established guidelines and recommending appropriate alternatives while applying developed subject matter knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Apply technical knowledge to operate one or more technology areas (e.g. IT PC administration, performance management)
Be able to integrate technical knowledge and business understanding in order to create solutions for customers
Be able to resolve single and unusually complex cross-technology incidents independently while working with team members.
Proactively looking for solutions to prevent problems from occurring in team/technology area
Lead Customer Expectations management as part of the escalation process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate degree holder (IT background) with desired 2-3 years working experience in related fields
French and English fluent level (Italian is a plus)
Extensive corporate organization, job, policies knowledge
Comprehensive high level of business and technical knowledge
Be able to communicate accordingly to management levels within and organization and also to customers
Problem-solving skills
Become a trusted advisor to the customer by providing clarity to solution determination
Offer:
Long-term contract
Full time (39 hours/week)
Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
Salary: 27.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year
