RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisted the CFO with monthly closing and reporting to headquarters.
Supporting CEO and CFO in budgeting, investment activities and financial planning.
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate law standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage monthly tax and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Coordinate all audit activity.
Developing internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
Proven work experience in accounting or finance: min 5-7 years.
Understanding applicable laws and regulations.
Business analysis: experience in financial data analysis.
Knowledge of human resources management.
Ability to deliver quality work to tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
Knowledge of US GAAP is an asset.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
English fluency required. Knowledge of French will be valuable.
Proven work experience in accounting or finance: min 5-7 years.
