Descriptif du poste

As Marketing Digital lead, you manage our different marketing channels in english and french, updating our 2 web sites and publishing articles, news, activities on our social networks. You are deeply involved with our software technical solution sold around the world and you interact with different clients and partners to provide a strong and dynamic leadership in all marketing activities. You work directly with the management and our sales teams, and you need to be autonomous and taking initiatives in our small company.
You work will be organized into different activities:
1. Marketing activities : web site management, updates, interactions with our partners for changes, updating all web information on a regularly base (Wordpress) and making sure that social networks and websites are synchronized, updated and generating visibility to our company and our solutions. You organize and run our marketing campaigns based on CRM (Hubspot). You maintain our CRM master data in term of quality and qualified information. You are in charge to respond to potential Chats on the website and root them to our sales rep when necessary. You are in charge of the SEO and follow-up of our positionning with our tools.
2. Social networks: you collect news and information from our organization, sales, CTO or management to make sure to update our social networks on a regularly base and get the necessary information for this purpose. You are used to take initiatives and not waiting for people to tell you what you do. You have a creative and innovative way of providing our company some ideas and publishing on social networks. You must be thinking out of the box, and being in a push mode for most of your activities.
3. Sales : you are involved in our sales processes and activities to create some visibility, generate some leads, qualify them when required, respond to our CRM inquiries (chats) and customizing requests, helping our sales in managing and creating marketing campaigns. Your are responsible in getting our CRM organized, its master data cleaned and setting up all lead generation functionalities to boost our sales when required.
